Quiet area, clean and well maintained rooms, the rooftop athmosphere is superb. Nearby restaurants are nice and reasonable in pricing. Nearby Kolshi market is open until 11-12 pm.
Pro tip: the street doesn't have a name so for the taxi drivers, friends etc. you have to say something else nearby so that they can find you, I used Kolshi market and Mister fish to locate myself.
Only minor things, important things were all good. Bathroom ventillation is not the best, and its hard to close the door but otherwise the drainage smell lingers a bit. Rooftop could be developed further so that all the workers from the nearby buildings don't stare at you while you are chillin. Key guy could learn some English.

Cet appartement était parfait : des grandes chambres, un grand salon cuisine, grand canapé, un accès à une terrasse sur le toit. Il était entièrement équipé. Nous avons vraiment apprécié qu'à notre arrivée, il y avait tout le nécessaire sans avoir à courir au supermarché, à savoir : dosettes pour machine à laver et pour le lave vaisselle, café, thé, sucre, sopalin, papier toilette, sel... Il y avait même plusieurs jeux de société ! L'appartement était propre, très belle décoration de l'appartement.
La literie est un peu dure... mais ça c'est vraiment un avis personnel.

Very clean and very well managed, host was amazing very helpful as we cancelled villa zaytoon and they made sure we had a place to stay and made us feel very welcome
