Really lovely top floor apartment with a view across a lovely park. The open plan living room / kitchen was comfortable and light filled.
Two nicely decorated bathrooms meant that we could all shower without fuss! and the bedrooms were clean, comfortable beds, hairdryer included.

Everything would have made for a great experience apart from the fact that upon arrival we realised the host had sent us the wrong instructions on how to access our flat, ending up with little kids waiting for everything to get sorted in the middle of the night.

Location good for getting into Clifton and the city centre.
Beds were comfortable, nice shower
Beautiful view from the top floor living room, nice decor, generally clean apartment.
I actually hate to moan about so many things but this booking was an outlier in all my years of experience in staying in a booking.com accommodation.
One key set was ridiculous, given we booked for 4 it was clear we needed flexibility - any time we needed to separate we had to arrange a key handover or put the keys back in the box each time. Then traipse down to the front door (three flights down) to let someone in.
Be warned, parking locally is tricky (lots of residents parking with the limited options for visitors soon taken up, every trip out resulted in a lengthy hunt for parking)
There were limited cutlery or mugs (3?!) one dishcloth and a tiny washcloth for the kitchen - it would have been so easy to ensure there was enough of these basics to accommodate.
One radiator did not work in the sitting room and it was a particularly cold snap - the windows in the bedrooms were poorly ventilated/insulated.and the wind howled through the vents in the second bedroom.
There was a light in the external hallway entrance that lit up every time someone passed inside (there was a large glass partition separating us from the outside landing). At night this was really noticeable and the hallway was cold with no curtain to block it.
The grill pan was absolutely manky - and with a tiny scrubby and washcloth this did not help....
Getting a slightly earlier check in (an hour) proved nearly impossible with several requests up to the day of arrival met with a " we will let you know nearer the time" type reply. This ended up being about an hour or two before the asked-for time, when I had family enroute with luggage not knowing if they would get in or not. We are grateful they accommodated us but really it could have been dealt with quicker.
They did warn us that there was work going on in the ground floor a short while before we arrived but it was really quite grubby on arrival.
