Location - the towns up the hill, the murals out the window.
The wee welcome basket, those mini fingers and cheese and onion tayto went down a treat the next day!!

Welcome basket was excellent. Very good heating. New washing machine in kitchen. There was ample room in the main living room. Very big TV if you like that sort of thing. comfortable bed with thick doona
The electrical appliances had seperate switches in different places, probably explained in the notes about the cottage. The shower was rudimentary and the secondary switch had no indicator light but could be divined by the function of the shower.

The bungalow is very near to the city centre so it made sightseeing easy. The cottage is in Bogside and the famous murals are just across the road from the property.
Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
We were very comfortable in the bungalow and parking was available just at the back.
We were left a lovely welcome basket and there were tea coffee and milk plus other cooking ingredients left in the cupboards to use.
The heating was efficient and easy to use.
The only thing that we noticed was that the fridge made a loud hum. If we'd been staying for longer I would have contacted the host and it would have been sorted out.
