Its spacious, comfortable, has all the facilities that needed for a 6 days stay with family of 5, has an aircond in the living room that is a plus during our summer stay. 20 mins to Montpellier, 10 mins driving to the nearest beach in Perols, also worth mentioning there is a nearby playground and scooter park for our boys to play their scooter and bicycle in Perols.
Really need to work more on the cleanliness. When we checked in, the floor was not been vacumed and not mopped, table was not been wiped, refrigerator has stain inside, the shower area and the sink in the toilet has hair and stain, there was dusts under the chair , table and on the refrigerator. I spent more than an hour to clean the whole house after checking in. Glad that the vacum is a very good one although has some bad smell coming out of it probably need filter change.
Another thing is it can be very dark and creepy at night when walking from the parking to the property, although there are sensor lights.
A few neighbours have big dogs, and even told us “we’ll have big problem if we have a dog as well” made us feel like we needed to be very careful when passing by the dogs as we have small kids.
Lastly, we prefer if there is an option for self check in (we did self check out although it took time for the host to give us the key lock combination number)

Le logement est globalement correct et peut convenir pour un court séjour. L'espace est suffisant pour 2 à 4 personnes. Bonne situation géographique. Bonne literie.
La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous à notre arrivée : nous avons dû refaire la vaisselle avant utilisation, nettoyer la table extérieur (qui n'a sûrement pas été lavée de l'hiver) et la protection du matelas présentait des auréoles tachées lorsque nous avons retiré les draps en partant.
L'équipement est très limité pour cuisiner. Le logement est plutôt adapté pour prendre un petit déjeuner, mais pas pour de vrais repas : plaque vitrocéramique peu pratique et même dangereuse, manque d'ustensiles.
Il manquait également deux oreillers et la couette était trop petite pour deux personnes dans la 1ère chambre.
Le voisinage n'est pas agréable : le chat du voisin a agressé notre petit chien (3kg) et la réaction du voisin a été de jeter une chaussure sur mon chien alors qu'il est plus petit que son chat et qu'il est très calme.
Enfin le logement est annoncé pour 6 personnes mais cela reste limite avec une seule salle de bain.
L'ambiance générale du secteur reste correcte mais sans plus.
