Changes in prices at the hotel from what was on booking.com...don't know where they got their exchange rate
Room wasn't cleaned properly, some dust in some parts.
TV channels weren't working and they didn't subscribe to Netflix or anything else

The fact that they have a fantastic maintenance culture.

I saw 1 or 2 tinny roaches wonder why though cause the room was super clean
