Liz and Tasha were warm and friendly and communicated kindly and promptly. The bed was cozy and the room contained many lovely thoughtful conveniences. Location is a quick bus ride from the train station/downtown area or a pleasant and fairly flat-terrained half-hour's walk (on my relatively short legs lol). Water was strong and heating was reliable. Everything was clean and tidy. No heatwave that time in late August, but it could get a little stuffy in the upstairs room and the provided electric fan was a godsend.
A secure, rather than unsecured, wifi network and a bidet for the toilet(s) would have been nice. The place itself is exceedingly comfortable, but not for the unfit (as there are narrow staircases) or the dog-averse.

I had everything I needed for my few days in Swansea- clean and cosy room for myself, kettle, shower and the lovely and kind owners.

Location was great as just a short walk into the city. It was near Wetherspoons by the Grand Theatre, so a great start for my night out.
Shower was downstairs, but was ok.
