Let me sound a warning to whoever might want to stay at One90 Apartment ''beware, as you might never want to leave''. Its that comfortable and homely. The owner gave so much attention to details in the construction of the buidling. Very modern and chic. Big comfortable beds, pillows and couch. Good sized shower rooms. Every section is airconditioned, uninterrupted power supply, never blinked the 8 days we were there, super fast wifi, 100% response rate from the managers Kingsley and Daniel. Good location close to shops and restaurants. I am recommending this place to everyone I know.
More cooking ware like pots, pans should be added to the kitchenette, and there should be dust pan/brush to do some fast cleaning in case of accidental spills, though if u request it, cleaning would be done.

The location is safe. The staff was welcoming, and the security was top-notch.
The manager was very responsive to any request that was made. The laundry service and housekeeping staff did an excellent job.
There were 3 issues that were encountered during the beginning of the stay.
One was the payment method. It was not stated that the location did not take credit or debit cards. They only accepted bank transfers. This was very unexpected as our plan was to pay for the stay by credit card.
The 2nd issue was the small frogs. I understand that because of the location, we may have encountered this, but i think it could be controlled by installing a screen on the drains in the bathroom. This issue did lessen during our stay.
3rd, the lack of hot water in the kitchen. This made it very difficult to wash dishes, making sure they were clean.

The accommodation is clean and calm, the aesthetic was great. Cozy bed and a nice pool. Staff were respectful, friendly and helpful. Props to Andrew, the head chef. I can recommend this accomodiation 100 %.
There is nothing to complain about. I would come back anytime
