Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr hellhörig. Der Fernseher der Nachbarn befindet sich sich direkt an der wand des Schlafzimmers - dort wo man den Kopf hat. Mein Sohn und ich sind durch den Krach mehrfach wach geworden. Ich glaube nicht, dass die Nachbarn laut sind. Die Wohnung / das Zimmer ist vielmehr das Problem. Der Straßenlärm hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dem Vermieter fehlt das Bewusstsein für die Schwere des Problems: Ich habe ihn darauf hingewiesen, dass es nicht tragbar sei. Er ist mit keinerlei Lösungsvorschlägen gekommen. Das was mich am meisten stört: nicht ein einziges Wort des Bedauerns wurde geäußert. Kann die Unterkunft daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

The apartment is well located and has some charm. Unfortunately, the luxury described in the listing is not reflected in reality. The cleaning was below standard, with hair left in several places. The bed linen and towels were worn and did not feel fresh. There was no coffee machine, and the vacuum cleaner and cleaning buckets were dirty. The advertised “sea view” is actually a distant view of a small lake beyond a parking lot, which is quite noisy, especially on Friday and Saturday nights due to people gathering there. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
