This was one of the quietest and most genuinely relaxing places I stayed in during my time in Southeast Asia. The property is simple but modern, very clean, and clearly well cared for. The family who run it are incredibly kind, gentle and accommodating people who made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The rooms were cleaned regularly, the area is excellent with endless cafes and restaurants nearby, and the atmosphere felt much more mature and respectful compared to many other places in Da Nang aimed at party tourists or younger digital nomads.
I originally booked for one week and ended up staying much longer because the environment was calm, affordable and easy to live in. The hosts were also very understanding and supportive during a stressful period of my travels, which I deeply appreciated.
I honestly do not have many negatives to mention. The room could occasionally feel a little stuffy because of its position near the stairwell, although the family regularly opened the building for airflow during the day which helped a lot.
The washing machine upstairs was also a little difficult to understand at first, and nobody explained how to use it, but nearby laundry services were inexpensive so this was only a minor inconvenience.

The location is great because I mainly aim for An Thuong area in Da Nang. Around there it is easy to reach out to food streets like Chau Thi Vinh Te, Phan Tu, Bac My An Market, etc. Furthermore, it is really easy to reach out to the beach.
The space are really small. Plus, I don't like the options to let your shoes under the G floor before entering the house. As a person who have more than 3 pairs of shoes, it was inconvenience for me. Furthermore, the room is small and the mattress is covered with a plastic cover and made it really hot. have to turn on the AC lower than my normally habit and I had a cold after that. There were no open window for natural air (which was said before I booked) but this property is the only options there at that time in An Thuong area. So it is a big down to my experience.
