We were put in building 2 by the ski slopes. Small but easy location. Large room.
The shared bathrooms could have been cleaned more often, especially when a whole floor with 8 rooms shares the bathrooms. Instead we realised that they were cleaned only once during our 4 days stay. Breakfast was good, but average, not enough choice.
Some staff members were lovely and friendly, like the lady at the ski-rental section and the kitchen staff.

2館入口不顯眼不好找
館內沒有電梯，不過員工很熱心幫忙搬！
飲水機不能用，裝水稍微麻煩一些

離上之台佔近，走一個小上坡約2分鐘可達售票亭，整體設施都還算OK，也有公共浴池可洗澡泡湯(非溫泉)，沐浴用品使用無印良品的檜木系列蠻好的！
1.工作人員的訓練需要大力加強甚至打掉重練，好幾次都在聊天完全不理會客人，甚至看到客人有需求也不會主動上前
2.早餐的品項非常少，而且不管幾點下樓吃一定都沒有東西，工作人員在吃"自己的"早餐也不會去補齊，甚至收走了早餐券後沒有上餐點，上前詢問還會反問說：你們有給餐券嗎?
3.入住四天，連續兩天都沒有提供大浴巾，原因是送洗了不夠，非常誇張
