Pretty much everything, it’s a very comfortable apartment even for a long stay I think, bed is great, kitchen well equipped. Convenient location
The water wasn’t going away well in the shower and would we nice to get more then one little toilet paper roll for 5 days. Also one of the towels had some bad stains, even tho felt like it was washed.

Comfy beds. Clean linens and towels. High ceilings and nice clean floors. Clean and working fridge. A/C is a must as a draft does not exist in those inner-courtyard-oriented apartments. Practical recycling bins.
The drainage in the shower needs some maintenance. Manual emptying of the air conditioning water tank.
