the cleanness of the room, i love how it smells as well.
the bathroom shower water was running slowly on the drain, looks like its blocked.

The night duty staff was very helpful especially with check in and assistance with the hot water and opening the gate on time . The braai area is a plus for a family to eat out in the garden . The large trees make for a relaxing night under the stars . The shared kitchen has most amenities you will need to make a meal .
Not a negative just a matter of choice. The Pool side rooms are really well furnished clean and inviting however Just a bit smaller than we would prefer . Suggest block out curtains as the pool lights are quite bright at night .

The location, cleanliness, facilities and close to shops easily accessible. Friendly staff
The staff gets a bit noisy very in the morning. Wifi was unstable, water got cold too quick, the room upstairs has a wooden floor so we could hear everything that was happening.
