Location, roof terrace
The bed ,pillows and seating inside were uncomfortable, the roof terrace was unclean and the stairs to the terrace were not for the faint-hearted.

Great value for money, beautiful large private balcony with a nice view of the sea. Great air con. Huge smart tv. All cooking facilities you could possibly need which makes more a cheaper trip. Clean.
No dishwasher tablets, also a bad smell in the bathroom but I think that’s just Splits drainage systems. Breakfast instructions were unclear (could finish abit later)

Le confort de l’appartement et la situation géographique car en effet on était proche de Riva Promenade
On n’a pas eu de petit-déjeuner comme mentionné sur l’annonce.

Location , facilities of the appartment. Over equipped to the point there was no available storage space left
Dark
The terrace is filthy. The grape vine cover is not maintained or watered, the grapes are rotting on the vine, and dropping. Every surface is sticky.
NO LIGHTING. THE STEPS/LADDERS are dangerous.
The cushions for the settee, some of which are missing are stained and sticky.
No way would I take food up to the terrace, both hands are needed to negotiate the top ladder. There is no handrail at the top of the second ladder.
Made contact with the owner , recieved a heart as the reply
We should not have had to use candles which we purchased
Nor should we have had to scrub the tables.
