Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf die Berge und die Gran Pisa, absolut beeindruckend.
Das Haus wurde vor 2 Jahren neu gebaut, alles ist dementsprechend neu und modern gestaltet. Die Lage ist leicht außerhalb des Ortes, man kann zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus alles bequem erreichen. Tolle Wanderungen starten in der Nähe. Früh morgens hört man dennoch die Straße, obwohl das Haus etwas oberhalb liegt.
Parkplätze stehen vor dem Gebäude zur Verfügung und am hauseigenen Gemüsegarten kann man sich bedienen und selbst Salat, Bohnen, Zucchini, Kohlrabi, Brokkoli etc ernten. Das fanden wir wirklich schön.
Die Sauna befindet sich im Flur und ist für 2 Personen im Sitzen geeignet. Bademäntel und Saunatücher sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist modern gestaltet, alle Möbel sind neu und hochwertig. Uns persönlich waren die Betten zu hart, aber das ist immer etwas sehr individuelles, und daher nur eine Bemerkung und kein Kritikpunkt.
Was wir schade fanden, war die wenige Küchenausstattung. Es ist natürlich die Grundausstattung vorhanden, kein Thema und auch alles neu. Die Anzahl könnte teilweise nur höher sein. 4 große Tassen, wenn die Wohnung für 4 Leute ausgelegt ist, finde ich recht wenig. So zog es sich etwas durch die Küchenausstattung.
Ein Wasserkocher fehlte leider, aber man kann auch mit dem Induktionsherd Wasser warm machen. Das ist alles möglich und daher auch nur ein Hinweis.
Daher ist sind es auch nur Anmerkungen und keine Kritik. Für volle 10 Punkte fehlten uns einfach kleine Details, wir kommen aber dennoch gerne wieder.

The home was newly built with beautiful architecture (we were on the 3rd floor facing the gravel driveway). The views of the mountains from both balconies were incredible which is extremely nice to watch the thunder storms roll through and enjoy the views from the comforts of the large couch or covered balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious with great lighting throughout the apartment. The bathroom is luxurious and while we didn't use the sauna, it is conveniently located right outside our door. We did use the laundry which was a huge win for us since we are traveling for a month around Europe.
Would I book a stay here again, without a doubt, YES.
It is conveniently located within reach of most of the main attractions (1-2 hours by car or bus) and the apartment is walking distance to the bus stop.
We didn't like the early 9am checkout, HOWEVER, this seems on par for the area so it's tough to complain about that.
The stairs to the third floor can be tough if you have large or heavy luggage. This is more of a heads up than a complaint and not a reason to avoid booking.
That's all I have, it's hard to find complaints about this incredible place.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich und bietet tolle Ausblicke. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Zudem ist sie der perfekte Ausgangspunkt zum Bergsteigen mitten in den Dolomitten.

- Fantastische bedden
- High end ingericht. Grote comfortabele stoelen, eettafel en bank met grote tv
- Grote en uitgebreide keuken met top pannen
- Vanuit meerdere ruimtes prachtig uitzicht op de bergen
- Fantastische douche en grote badkamer
- Zeer vriendelijke en hulpzame dochter en eigenaresse. Ze kwamen op verzoek het afval wegbrengen en brachten gelijk schone handdoeken
- De dochter heeft een prachtig document vol met heerlijke restaurant tips
- Gedeelde ruimte voor ski's en skischoenen
- Gedeelde sauna met boven appartement
- Goed om te weten: de sauna zit niet in het appartement zelf maar in de gedeelde gang met het appartement erboven.
- Wij parkeerden de auto beneden bij de lift Piz La Ila. Deze lift is 3 minuten rijden met de auto vanaf het appartement en het parkeren kost slechts €7 per dag!
