Convenient location and very quiet

Great location, close to so many restaurants and a number of Metro lines. Very quiet - no street noise despite being on the ground floor. Staff responsive to changes required. Despite being warm weather apartment was reasonably cool with just a fan.

Took a while to get used to being so close to the street but in the end is was entertaining watching everyone walk by.
