Tolle Lage! Hat alles was man braucht. Parkplatz kann gemietet werden und ist 1 Minute von der Unterkunft entfern!
Der Gastgeber Almer, hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. An dem Wochenende war es sehr heiß und er hat uns noch einen Ventilator hin gestellt und Getränke in den Kühlschrank gepackt! Sehr aufmerksam!
Eigentlich gab es nichts was uns an der Unterkunft nicht gefallen hat. Allerdings, hat nicht direkt was mit der Unterkunft zu aber an dem Wochenende war CSD in Koblenz und überall spielte Life Musik und war viel geboten. Was die Lautstärke und die Länge der Spielzeit nachts angeht, gibt es da von der Stadt wohl keine Grenzen. Die Musik, da das Apartment mitten in der Stadt liegt, war sehr laut und spielte weit über 24 Uhr, das war zugegeben nervig!

Alles was super! De locatie midden in de stad, gezellige inrichting, schoon, fijn bed. Ook fijn dat de parkeergarage dichtbij is en een lekkere, goedkope afhaalpizzeria om de hoek. Ik zou Livery zeker aanbevelen!
Ik had wat moeite de sleutel uit het kastje te halen, maar host Almer was goed bereikbaar om me ermee te helpen. Ik denk dat de sleutelhanger te groot is voor het kastje, zonder werkte die namelijk prima.

בעלים מקסימים שיפץ את כול הדירות לבד במשך 8 שנים השקיע ממש המון הכול חדש חדש.
הדירה קטנה אבל מאובזרת היטב במיקום מעולה ממש על המדרחוב, הכול נקי מאוד ומפנק אפילו בקבוק סודה שוקולדים וקפסולות לקפה המיטה נהדרת ונוחה מצעים טובים יש המון חלונות לאיוורור.
בדירה אין מכונת כביסה אבל כן יש במרתף מכונת כביסה ומייבש שהבעלים מאפשר להשתמש בהם.
ביום של מעל 30 מעלות החום בדירה מוגזם ולא נסבל.
יש הרבה רעש מהמדרחוב ורכבים שעוברים בסמוך
אנחנו היינו בקומה 2 אבל יש עד קומה 4 דירות ואין אפשרות לדעת מראש איזה קומה תקבל-

The location and the clean space
Noise at night was excessive - the alleyway is a hang out for teenage kids who want to spend lone evenings talking and sometimes yelling at each other - there were breaking glass bottles by the door and smoking which drifts up into the room. The kids were friendly enough but not very considerate
