This truly distinctive house of the Marche has been converted to a comfortable villa. It has expensive and stunning views around over the countryside to the mountainous backdrop. The style of the furnishing indoors, combined with the characteristic shape of the building, blend well to give Villa Montelparo a warm, welcoming atmosphere.Villa Montelparo (2 livings, 2 kitchens, 3 double bedded and 2 single bedded rooms) is divided in two apartments (5+3 people) with independent entrances but it is rented as private villa for extended family with children or group of friends. The property also includes a private naturalistic trail among the forest (1 km and some break areas with seats and tables ) where it is possible to make trekking, jogging and mountain biking.
