The house is in Obrs over Moscenicka Draga in the Učka nature reserve, 350 metres above sea level. You can enjoy a wonderful view from the 10m² terrace of the Kvarner gulf, the islands of Krk and Cres and the town of Rijeka. The garden measures 500m². The balcony on the upper floor affords a wonderful view over the sea. The courtyard also has a fruit and vegetable garden and there are shady spots too. A parking space is available in the shade. The Highlight is the pool with 60 m². The detached holiday house can accommodate up to six people and is on two floors. The ground floor provides around 50m² of living space and consists of a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD player and a sofa bed for two people. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and fridge and a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster can be provided on request. There is a dining space with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a bath. The first floor with around 45m² of living space consists of three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a balcony, the second a double bed and the third a single bed or a double bed for children. Air conditioning and free wireless Internet access are available. A cot can be provided on request. There is a washing machine in the utility room. Owing to the secluded location, everyday amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, Internet café, hospital and the centre are more than a kilometre away. The owners do not live on site. The house is not suitable for wheelchair users. We love animals and are happy to welcome your four-legged companions. However, the maintenance of our property and a pleasant experience for future guests are very important to us. Pets are allowed on the pool terrace, but not in the pool itself.
