Exactly what was described on the listing. I personally liked the view but that’s cause I liked the construction and train tracks. But they say that before booking so….Perfectly set expectations and excellent communication. 10/10
Only thing I can think of is the bedrooms only have hanging space for clothes, no shelves. Also the extra toilet paper took a moment to find (behind the bathroom mirror).

Location and parking access
Getting into car park requires some getting used to with different controller.

Roomy. Clean and well appointed. Excellent facilities in building. Centrality of location. Terrific communication with room owners/managers.
Noise from railway lines. Some issues with building amenities eg garbage disposal system not working properly. Minor issues

The location and amenities are nice and easily accessible, making it convenient and comfortable for everyday use.
The water pressure in the shower is consistent, but it is not very strong. The flow is quite low, resulting in a less powerful shower experience.
