It’s perfect, clean and nice

It seems that the hotel is so new that the staff are still learning. The facilities appear nice, everything is new and clean.
The check-in process was very slow (scanning passports too a long time), and the staff seemed unprepared for making us dinner in the restaurant. The elevator also lost power at one point, trapping one of our group members inside for about 10 minutes.
