Location to the Panamericana Hwy. The room was clean and comfortable. A couple of restaurants and tiendas were close by.

The one person staff was friendly but works at another hotel next door. He only came to let us in or out. We had to call him by cell phone each time because he locked the hotel lobby door. That is a huge safety hazard. We reported that the TV didn't work and the outlets in the room didn't work. Therefore we could not use our computers or charge our phones. The shower was tiny, although there was good hot water. I had to ask at least 3 times for the receipt, including having to call back after we had been gone for hours to have them send it to my whatsapp.

Personal muy atento

Teníamos que llamar al personal para poder salir y entrar, si bien procuraba llegar siempre rápido, igual es un poco incómodo.

Nulla

Servizio zero. Siamo rimasti fuori 2 volte senza poter entrare nella struttura. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere in giro dove fosse la proprietaria
