Lovely and cosy two-roomed flat with sea view, with attention to every detail, about 200 m. from the sea of the delightful cove "Is Cannisonis "ichnusaReachable on foot or by car because the road is asphalted. 1,5 km from the "Spiaggione" with its enchanting golden dunes and 2 km of beach and 1 km from the shops.Composed of: living room with kitchen area with large window overlooking the sea and a double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Total 4 beds. Renovated in February 2013 with interior and exterior re-styling. All new appliances (4-burner gas cooker + oven, 5kg. washing machine, TV, microwave, fridge+freezer, toaster, radio, air conditioner). Plumbing all new and modern. Large well-kept and lighted courtyard. Water reserve. Panoramic sea view terrace with covered and equipped veranda (barbecue, cold outdoor shower, drinking fountain, hammock, 2 deckchairs, table and benches). Large CHILDREN'S AREA with playhouse, slide, swing and lots of beach toys. We also provide a hairdryer and iron. Private parking space on the ground floor in front of the house. Casa Michy is on the first floor with independent entrance and stairs. A few km. from the beautiful unspoilt and wild beach of Piscinas and many other beautiful beaches to explore along the panoramic road along the sea of the Costa Verde, towards Montevecchio where you can also visit the mines and the miners' village with guided tours.
