The bed was very comfortable. the outsdie areas is pretty, Nice shower.
The tv was too small and al lyou can access is youtube. The light switch was broken, There were no tongs to braai, couldn't find lights, the bedroom by the braai the gguests in it struggled to close window and blinds and thsu we had to end our relaxing braai early to give them privacy. Would be nice if a bag of wood could be left for each and also a washing up cloth not just a drying cloth. I awnted a place in Windsor park close to my home because my paertner was visiting and the place said windsor back yert after I booked adn paid it was in Morgenster brackenfell, I enquired and got no response at all. I also askef for early arrival and also no response, yet when we wanted to stay two hours longers on the Sunday we were told we had to pay extra. Very shitty service if you ask me, no staff around.

The location.
Located within a 5 minute drive or Uber to the shopping center.
Foul smell of the room. Like a burnt pot.
Curtains doesn't cover the window. Just drop the rail and problem is solved.
Late check in 15:00 and the room was not ready at 15:00.
Room is just tiles. No mat. No heater. Room is extremely cold.
Room not sealed properly. To much air circulating in the room at night.
Bath tub has no stopper. That was disappointing 😞
