The room was extremely spacious and super clean. The bathroom design was perfect, the toilet was separated with glass wall and door for hygiene purposes and that is very important to me. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
From the humidity outside all the walls and door of the hotel was wet and had water dripping down, maybe there was an air con issue. This was not the case in the room, So that was a relief.

The food varieties especially during live kitchen of breakfast was widespread and exceptional in the taste. And every staff was humble and served with hospitality.
And even the in room dining had many options but slightly over the budget.
The only drawback was location which was 30 mins far from golden temple.
Just a suggestion kindly switch off frnce lights near the pool as it attracts many dead flyes and mosquitoes

I never write reviews so if I'm writing one it must have been really very good, the staff were excellent especially Rahul, he would go above and beyond to answer any questions and provide the best level of service possible. It felt like I was being personally catered to when I got there. The hotel can seem more expensive in comparison to others in the area but the amenities they provide easily make up for it, lots of complimentary goods such as slippers, dental kits toothbrushes, hairbrush, air dryer. Free airport shuttle and free shuttle to the Golden Temple. I would definitely stay here again. Completely exceeded my expectations and I'd like to thank the staff and Rahul especially for making the stay excellent.
