Apartament w dobrze skomunikowanym miejscu, niedaleko znajduje się przystanek autobusowy oraz metro. Klimatyzacja w salonie na plus oraz czystość w apartamencie. Miłym gestem również było zostawienie paru gier planszowych oraz dostęp do telewizora z funkcją Smart.
Komunikacja z obsługą była na niskim poziomie, Pan nas obsługujący ledwo komunikował się po języku angielskim, chociaż oferta jest właśnie w tym języku. Z początku w apartamencie nie działało nam Wi-Fi i podczas rozmowy na chacie z personelem w pewnym momencie kontakt się urwał i Pan przestał odpowiadać. Pomoc otrzymaliśmy dopiero na następny dzień, lecz wraz z nią okazało się personel zapomniał opróżnić zbiornika z wodą od klimatyzacji i musieliśmy sami to zrobić aby klimatyzacja działała. Nie był to problem, lecz uważam, że jeżeli płacimy za wynajem apartamentu to takie podstawowe udogodnienia powinny być załatwione wcześniej przez obsługę.

Very nice apartment—clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s a 10-minute walk to the subway, with a direct line to Milano Centrale Station and the Duomo.
Check-in was easy; the manager met us at the building entrance and was available the whole time.
Older people may find it difficult to climb the stairs, but for us it wasn't a problem

Está muy bien equipado en menaje, limpieza y accesorios. A sólo 5 minutos de una boca de metro que te lleva en 15 minutos al centro. La cama cómoda y amplia. El apartamento agradable y espacioso.
Está en una tercera planta sin ascensor, pero Giacinto nos ayudo amablemente con la subida de la maleta
