Excellent séjour en Emilie Romagne

Appartement très bien situé pour faire une visite de la région Emilie Romagne. Très propre, très spacieux et très calme.

Le fait qui manque une machine à laver alors que préciser dans l'annonce. Pas non plus de congélateur mais uniquement un petit frigo.

Zweckmäßig – aber wenig zum Wohlfühlen

Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, eine angenehm leise Klimaanlage und ein Fernseher mit Internetzugang, inklusive englischsprachiger Sender. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich funktional und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nutzbar.

Das gesamte Haus scheint ausschließlich aus Ferienwohnungen bzw. Zimmern zu bestehen, allerdings ohne den Service eines Hotels und liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung. Die Umgebung nichts für uns was man gesehen haben muss, Der Aufzug war während unseres Aufenthalts und auch wie schon in einer anderen Bewertung gelesen, außer Betrieb. Mit schmerzendem Bein und Gepäck besonders „erfreulich“. Die Küche ist sehr überschaubar ausgestattet. Das Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber, - vielleicht, weil es zum Geschirrspüler nicht einmal Geschirrtabs gibt? Einen Wasserkocher und Küchenrolle sucht man vergeblich. Die von der Vermieterin angekündigten „Pflegeprodukte“ bestanden aus zwei Seifenspendern. Mehr braucht der Mensch offenbar nicht. 😅 Besonders enttäuschend: Auf den Fotos entsteht der Eindruck eines separaten Schlaf- und Wohnbereichs. Tatsächlich trennt beide lediglich eine Schiebetür. Wer also einen schnarchenden Partner hat, darf sich über Gesellschaft freuen. Der Straßenlärm sorgt zusätzlich für Abwechslung. Die Kissen gibt es immerhin – alle in derselben Größe. Auch bei der Einrichtung wurde das Motto „weniger ist mehr“ konsequent umgesetzt: keine Bilder, keine Dekoration, sichtbare Kabel unter dem Fernseher, Laminatboden und ein teilweise fleckiges Sofa. Wohnlichkeit kommt dabei leider nicht wirklich auf. Vielleicht waren unsere Erwartungen aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen einfach zu hoch. Für uns persönlich gab es jedenfalls zu viele Punkte, die nicht zu einem erholsamen Urlaub beigetragen haben.

Praticamente tutto. Gentilezza assoluta le due bottigliette d’acqua complementari. Mai trovate in un appartamento. Bravi.

Manacavano sapone e shampoo in doccia (forse una dimenticanza) e la finestra della cucina è da riparare.
