We had an absolutely amazing stay at Oasis Dune Villa in Lombok and honestly couldn’t fault a thing!
The villa itself was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The shisha was fantastic, and the floating breakfast was truly out of this world, such a memorable and special experience.
The room service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. A special mention to Ayu and Suwa, who were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, particularly when we needed assistance with our laundry. Their hospitality really stood out.
The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job, and the pool was exceptionally clean. You can genuinely see the pride and care the whole team puts into maintaining the villa and creating a great experience for guests
