l'hôte était très réactif et l'écoute. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. Equipement complet avec cafetiere, microonde, frigo, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, la TV. J'ai été charmée par la vue côté salon (jardin et au fond la cathedrale Sint Donatien et Saint Rogatien). Un autobus C6 devant la maison, tres frequent est tres pratique pour aller au centre ou sur les bords de l'Erdre (quelques stations).
Cet appartement est vraiment bruyant côté rue où se trouvent les chambres à coucher. Il faut se munir de bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir avec un risque de ne pas se reveiller à l'heure quand le reveil-matin sonne). L'equipement très complet mais pour cuisiner vous avez une gazinière (qui marche tres bien bien). Manque d'instruction pour faire marcher la TV mais l'hôte a été très réactif pour la faire fonctionner sans instructions. Attention c'est le 1er étage mais l'utilisation d'ascenseur n'a aucun sens (il faut descendre un demi étage pour le prendre et encore une fois demi-étage pour atteindre le 1er étage. C'est plus simple d'aller à pied.

Wunderschön war die Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem nicht zu laut, Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Geschäfte/ Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöner Blick aus den großen Fenstern zur Hauptseite. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet, man konnte sehr gut mit 4 Personen dort wohnen. Beide Schlafzimmer waren mit großen und bequemen Betten ausgestattet und waren gut.
Es gab kein Geschirrhandtuch und pro Person nur ein Handtuch, als Gewürze nur Pfeffer und Paprika.
