La limpieza, decoración, la calidad del mobiliario, la amplitud del apartamento y las vistas de la terraza. La cocina está bastante completa de útiles y menaje, cafetera de cápsulas, hervidor de agua, microondas, horno, la nevera de tamaño medio... Todos el mobiliario muy nuevo bien cuidado, con estilo moderno, el sofá cama del salón muy grande y como, las cama de las mejores que he probado en los diferentes alquileres, armario amplio y con lo necesario por si hiciera frío, el baño muy completo de tamaño medio con cuatro piezas. El balcón bastante grande con salida desde el salón y la habitación, con dos tumbonas y una mesa con dos sillas las vistas al mar muy bonitas, la piscina muy bien de agua salada con muchas tumbonas y sombrillas. Apartamento en las cocheras del piso. La playa en 3 o 4 minutos andando, saliendo por la puerta junto a la piscina. La Zona de paseo de la paya de Rocha a 5 minutos andando, cero ruidos. A 5 minutos en coche Zona de supermercados y centro comercial. Muy recomendable.

gostei muito da varanda espaço acolhedor

a limpeza não tinha sido assim tão bem feita cheirava muito mal quando entramos na casa , notava se que não foi limpo a 100% e em relação a loiça cheirava muito a fechado não a sítio limpo e é uma pena porque o espaço é bastante acolhedor, só isso que tenho a reclamar
