Terrible experience

Terrible. We had to leave earlier and get another accommodation

It was very dirty, it smelled humid and smokey, one of the toilets was broken, a sink was about to fall off, one of the mirrors was falling apart. We had no communication on how to retrieve the keys until a person, presumably a caretaker helped us get it. There are homeless people in the lobby. The pictures don't depict the reality The beds were awfully hard
