Jedyny, ale dość istotny minus to małe pokoje i jeszcze mniejsze łazienki, dodatkowo bez kabiny, więc po kąpieli cała łazienka nie wszystko co w niej się znajduje, jest mokre.

The location is ideal if you're looking for a quieter setting away from the busy cities. The beach is beautiful, and on the other side you'll find stunning mountain views. The hotel offers comfortable sunbeds, two swimming pools, and a wider selection of high-quality drinks than many other all-inclusive resorts. The restaurant staff were very friendly and even remembered us by name, which made us feel welcome.

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were fairly typical for a three-star hotel. I had hoped for clearer information about the food, as there were no labels indicating what type of meat or fish was being served. We stayed at the hotel for seven nights, but our room was cleaned only three or four times. Unfortunately, I had to mention this several times during our stay, but despite this, the room was still not cleaned daily as promised. The restaurant also seemed to struggle at times. Several buffet items frequently ran out and were not replenished promptly, which was disappointing.

We booked this hotel when it had no reviews at all. We decided to give a newly opened hotel a chance, and we definitely didn’t regret it. The location is excellent: right on the beach, yet also close to the main road, making it very easy to reach both Rethymno and Chania by bus. Kavros, where you can buy souvenirs and gifts, is also nearby. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was fantastic, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff, and the bartenders were great too. However, I would especially like to mention the restaurant staff. Hotel management, they truly deserve a bonus: they do their job 110%! Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the restaurant and the surrounding areas. We also really enjoyed the food. Yes, the selection wasn’t huge, but neither is the hotel, so it would be unreasonable to expect hundreds of dishes like in a large resort. Everything was delicious, and there were plenty of authentic Greek dishes. I had just bought a cookbook on traditional Greek cuisine, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that several of the recipes featured in the book were actually served at Casa di Notos. The live evening entertainment was exactly as advertised, and the cocktails at the bar were excellent. Our room had a wonderful sea view. The beach was clean, and there were always more than enough sunbeds available. Considering the price we paid, I think the hotel offers excellent value for money. Yes, there were a few minor issues, but no hotel is perfect. What matters is not whether problems exist, but how they are handled. Every time I went to the reception with a question or request, I received friendly and efficient help.

I don’t really like using words such as “cons” or “drawbacks”; I’d rather call them areas for improvement. It would be helpful if each dish in the restaurant had a label explaining what it is and what ingredients it contains. I would simply find that interesting, but it is also very important for guests with allergies or food intolerances. The entertainment programme was rather low-key. I don’t expect constant activities all day long, but if there’s a schedule of events displayed at the bar, it would be nice if it were actually followed. Finally, if the hotel offers an all-inclusive package, it would be nice to have some bottled drinks in the room, at least complimentary bottled water.

Maten var fantasilös . Fanns inte grekisk mat utan var mest potatis och makaroner . Fanns ingen sallad . Spett som är färdigköpta blev lite bättre efter klagomål . Fanns inget mellan måltider utan var pannkaka 1 dag sedan var vitt bröd med ost och kalkon 1 dag .
