Appartamento comodo per una famiglia di 5 persone e centralissimo. Vicino alla metro e soprattutto alla via più commerciale di Parigi. Host reattivo e gentile.
La pulizia e la cura del dettaglio lasciano un pò a desiderare. Mancavano alcune cose essenziali in un appartamento sia in cucina che in bagno. Alcune luci e prese non funzionavano in tutte le stanze. Poco comfort

Very spacious with nice decor. Fantastic location off the Champs Elysees and close to many bars, restaurants and metro stations. Great communication and easy to access. Perfect for our trip (three friends).

Very nice location, nice facility.
Unfortunately there was some problem with the Airconditioning failed to run. We reached late at night and naturally it could not be fixed. We had to leave to a hotel, but the host was very nice, apologetic about the unexpected failure of the AC and immediately refunded the payment I had made. Cannot blame the host of facility for the unfortunate failure of the unit duirng the extreme heat wave in Paris! The only problem I could say was that the access through the narrow stairs to the second floor, probably not well lighted.

The location only
The entrance staircase is extremely dirty and contains very filthy things. The outside door was open until morning without a code, which is very unsafe. I contacted the accommodation provider, and they told me the door would lock with a code at 10:00 AM, but when I opened it at 11:30 AM, it was still open! What kind of negligence is this? Secondly, I found a rat! It kept going in and out through the door opening, so I bought tape to seal the gap underneath. Keeping the place clean of these pests isn't my job! That's their job. I won't be repeating this experience.
