Расположение отеля не далеко от пляжа, тихий район возле отеля находятся рестораны, 7/11, банкомат.
Очень грубый менеджер, высокомерный. Сразу же при чек ин он нам настроение испортил. Видимо не проходил подготовку клиентоориентированности.

The hotel looks to be fairly new and modern. Our room was larger than we expected, was very clean and neat, with a (hard) double bed, an efficient air conditioner, a closet with a safe, a small fridge, two bedside tables with double electrical outlets just above them. There was an electric kettle, two cups and saucers, a few small packets of coffee, sugar, and coffeemate, and for some odd reason only one drinking glass - I guess we could have asked for another one but it wasn't important.
The room also had decent free wifi, a long desk, a TV (which we didn't use so I can't comment on that), and a balcony with a small table and one chair.
The bathroom was very clean and modern, with a good adjustable shower, body wash and shampoo. Plus of course a toilet and hand basin, but no place to put toothbrushes and other toiletries, but it is a budget hotel so wasn't much of an issue. Two regular towels and two hand towels were provided too.
There is no lift, that's made clear on their Booking page, and the stairs are a little steep.
They don't provide any meals but there are two restaurants directly opposite the hotel, and several cafes further down the road. In surrounding roads there is quite a selection of eateries. If you have the apps you can order food from Grab, Lineman and 7/11. I'd also recommend downloading the Bolt app for getting around as there's no public transport in the road the hotel is in. The Bolt service is pretty good in Pattaya.
One of the reasons we picked Skyla was because of the facilities listed on the booking dot com site - "free private on site parking" was mentioned a couple of times, it didn't exist, and for a semi disabled person its a big problem. We requested a parking spot via the booking app and received an acknowledgement. The road is quite narrow, there's absolutely no way to park in the hotel or in front of it. It's a matter of driving around until you find a space thats not blocking the entrance to a business, shop or home, and hope it's safe, then walk uphill to the hotel.
Another item missing from the 'Facilities in the Room' list was a hairdryer. And it would be better if a double room had two chairs rather than one.
What's not shown on booking's app is the 500 baht refundable security deposit for the key card, or the fact that the rooms only get maid service every three days. There was a notice about these things on the front desk, but it should be on the Policy or Facilities page at booking too.
While every member of staff was reasonably polite, there was mostly an air of indifference towards us, no welcoming words, the wifi password was on a small card on the checkin desk but no one pointed it out to us when we checked in and there was no information about anything in the room.
When we asked a member of staff where we could get breakfast locally they said that they didn't know.
Some of these things might sound minor but overall it made us feel uncomfortable, and the parking issue was a serious problem for someone with walking difficulties.
Unfortunately, Skyla is not a place we would stay at again.
