Good bed, good size room. AC is good.Good wifi but on the day we left there was no wifi at all.
Shared kitchen with some pans and cutlery is great. Shared big fridge. Nice seating area outside. Close to the beach. Could check in early which was nice.
Even tho it's new, there is mold in the AC room downstairs :(
They have 1 Electric kettle in the shared kitchen. Unfortunately the kitchen isn't open early (not before 10 am) so if you are thinking about making tea for breakfast that's not possible.

This is a very nice place to stay. Just renovated, all is fresh an new.
The building is in a very nice quite invironment 5 minutes walking to the beache through a nice lane. Service is perfect and very friendly.

This is a new property with five rooms - two downstairs with terraces and three upstairs with balconies. Some of these have fans, others have A/C. I stayed in a fan room and it was one of the best I had on this trip so far. You will be left in peace and there is also a common seating area downstairs with a new fridge to use. The location is perfect - just a couple of minutes to either the beach or Mirissa main street. Asha the owner was friendly and she has a washing service too. It was 600 Rs / kg if I remember correctly.
