Booking experience is pathetic. Mr. Manu singh is very very rude and even property manager Yash Agarwal is not cooperative and not professional.. breakfast is not upto the mark as per charges

Location, cleanliness and on ground staff and their hospitality
The overall booking experience. Their booking representative Mr. Manu Singh is utterly unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. There should be politeness and professionalism in talking to guests but he talks very rudely and replies as if you are not asking for booking but for some loan. Pathetic and very unprofessional and even Property Manager Yash Agarwal is of no use and not much cooperative and talks unprofessionally.. but other staff is good
