For its dimensions the room had a lot of facilities like a fridge, a ventilator and a big wardrobe. The shared bathroom is viable.
The room is noisy.

The room (apartments as well) had everything it needed. If something was missing, you could just ask the host to help you out. It was the cleanest room that I have stayed in, so the experience of just staying at Georges' house was amazing. There are a lot of pubs, cafes, restaurants and even supermarkets in the area, and reaching city's center is not a problem - public transportation stop is just a few hundred meters away. Also, Georges is the most caring, kind, and welcoming host one could have. Highly recommended!
