Location, Georges made an excellent job!
A pain is to find a parking space on the street. Not always possible. Other than that, excellent room with shared bath and kitchen .

Georges is an amazing host, very welcoming and nice, ready tp help if needed. The room is really beautiful and close to many important points. Coffee in the room daily it was amazing, exactly what I needed. A minus is the shared bathroom, but it was very clean and well equiped.
The shared bathroom would be a minus. But considering I didn't stayed too much in the room, it was ok.

I had a wonderful stay and honestly felt right at home from the moment I arrived. George was an excellent host who thought of absolutely everything and made sure I had everything I needed. Everything was perfectly organised, and all the little details — from the coffee to the overall comfort of the place — made the stay especially enjoyable.
The place was welcoming, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. You can really tell that George puts a lot of care and thought into making his guests feel at home. Communication was great, everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Thank you, George, for your hospitality and for making my stay so pleasant. I would happily stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

For its dimensions the room had a lot of facilities like a fridge, a ventilator and a big wardrobe. The shared bathroom is viable.
The room is noisy.
