The hotel is located in a very quiet and isolated area in Puerto Princesa. Breakfast was ok, and the beach area was beautiful (even though you cannot jump into the water)
The bathroom in our room had a severe issue with the drain, and the water was staying in after using the shower. We had to manually push the water off during our stay.

The beach resort is nice just not the place you wanna swim at which they explicitly said in the advertisement. The room is clean and the bathroom is a good size. The breakfast is filling and they have few choices to choose from. The staffs are nice. They are approachable and accommodating. They also helped me with our laundry so that's a major plus.
The resort is still pretty new so there are couple of things that I think needs to be fixed by the owner and things to watch out for by the guests.
The shower has good pressure in contrary to other review (at least in our hut) however the drainage is a big issue as it is not draining properly. You'd need to bring the water to the drain every after shower using a wiper otherwise you'll be stepping on a puddle of water every time you need to use the bathroom. So yah it's a bit of work for premium price resort.
The price point, you'd think that paying almost $50 a night can give you a nice experience but no.. here's why. The resort is next to the sea, but not swimmable and there are quite a trash in the water. The location is almost like in a shanty town. The road going there is pretty rough. Although it can still be reached by grab but they always get lost.
Convenience, since it's pretty far from restaurants or places to eat, I wished the resort would at least sell snacks and drinks. We weren't offered water nor there have given complimentary water bottles as you'd expect in this price range. So finding a place to sit and eat is a challenge. We did try the neighbor hotel that has a restaurant but the food wasn't good at all.
Online customer service. We haven't even been in this resort but we've already encountered so much stress. Right after I book this my husband got into an accident like literally an hour after. So I reached out and try to cancel this as early as i could but guess what? They never responded. I was thinking that the earlier I cancel the better but nope, over 10 days have passed and no response. At some point it feels like a trap that you have no choice at all. To cut this short, they are very unresponsive and unhelpful online.
WIFI, it is very spotty. Not fast and definitely not reliable if you're gonna work from there.
The electricity is not 24hrs.
