Flow of the house... bedroom sizes. Nice bathroom. Log burner. Underfloor heating when coming in from the hot tub.
Late correspondence. Sykes Cottages not answering the phone or replying. Accommodation downstairs a tad grubby.... needing a bit better cleaning beforehand. Parking and front of house tidiness needs an uplift...
