Wouldn't recommend it due to the damp beds, mould on the pillow and the smell of cats wee

How modern the apartment was and the proximity to the beach and town

The hallway outside smelt of cat's wee. The beds were damp and the bedroom at the back of the lounge had mould on the pillows

The size, location, accessibility and quietness were the good points, however, the general overall condition is unaccept

The location and the size were perfect for a couple. The mattress comfort was very good . The quietness and coolness were also a positive, as was the ease of access to the flat.

The entrance needs immediate repair/renovation (dirty floor & walls in unacceptably bad condition, unacceptable odor of moisture/old cigarette upon entrance). The bathroom/shower was completely unacceptable (dirty, walls damaged, floor dirty, old bathmat). Towels, while of good quality, smelled unclean. The sofa in the living room was covered in an old blanket to hide the stained area on the cushions. The refrigerator’s icebox was constantly defrosting, leaving water on the shelves below. There was a general appearance of not having had a deep clean in a long time. The flat is in desperate need of a renovation. It is unacceptable to continue to rent in its current condition.

L'emplacement en plein centre ville près de la plage. Lits King Size toujours appréciés. Bel équipement et agencement optimal. Endroit calme à proximité des commerces et de l'office du tourisme. De très bonnes instructions de séjour par Matthieu qui, par mail, nous a donné toutes les informations précises pour l'entrée et le départ de l'appartement !

Une hotte manque peut- être au- dessus de la table de cuisson même si la VMC est très efficace. Surpris par en voulant fermer le volet du salon (commande présente mais coffrage vide) Places de parking payants

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier et une résidence très calme. Il est très bien équipé, tout confort ! Consignes claires pour l'arrivée et le départ. Je recommande sans hésiter.
