Good concept of Title Legendary residence/apartments/hotel. Rather high quality of common areas. Spacious and giving a privacy feeling even though there are plenty of buildings and new ones are WIP. Big and nice swimming pool with proper amount of sun-beds (enough for everyone and not to crowded)
Not very good connection with Bang Tao beach, on the map it looks like it’s close distance, but you have to do a walk around all buildings (including construction) and you end up on 20-25 min walk. Sauna was broken/not getting warmer than 50*Celsius. One day we were out of electricity.
Worst experience was contact with the host representative person. Not sure if it was AI bot, but communication on WhatsApp very not helpful only sending few times info about check in/out timing. I even indicated specific time of arrival, was on time and there was no-one to give me the card, post-mail place where card suppose to wait for me was closed and I got only comments “go to security or someone else maybe they will help”. Not helpful and didn’t work even though I tried to search for help by myself. Not professional and also not hospitable.
