Mieszkanie jest bardzo zaniedbane i wymaga gruntownego sprzątania. W pomieszczeniach widoczny jest duży kurz, brud oraz nagromadzone zanieczyszczenia. Na podłogach, meblach i innych powierzchniach znajduje się warstwa kurzu, a w wielu miejscach widoczne są plamy i zabrudzenia. Kuchnia oraz łazienka również są mocno zabrudzone i wymagają dokładnego czyszczenia oraz dezynfekcji. W mieszkaniu panuje ogólny nieporządek, a stan pomieszczeń sprawia wrażenie wieloletniego zaniedbania. Całość wymaga gruntownego sprzątania, usunięcia kurzu i brudu oraz dokładnego wyczyszczenia wszystkich powierzchni.

Apartament w fatalnym stanie. Wszechobecny brud, który nie zachęca do swobodnego korzystania z łóżka, naczyń itp. Łazienka, co widać na zdjęciach jest zasiana grzybem do tego stopnia, że trudno uwierzyć, że nie razi to samych właścicieli (nie wspominając o wstydzie). Natychmiast zadzwoniliśmy do właściciela z informacją, że nie mamy tu zamiaru zostać. Zostaliśmy zignorowani. Wynajęliśmy inny apartament, a przez dwa dni pobytu próbowaliśmy dogadać się z właścicielem. Tragiczny kontakt, przysłowiowa spychologia, ignorowanie wiadomości. Na koniec właściciel sam odwołał rezerwację pisząc, że nie pojawiliśmy się w obiekcie. Żenada

Mieszkanie ma potencjał ale bardzo zaniedbane

Lokalizacja, parking w cenie, dużo miejsca w mieszkaniu, porządek na klatce schodowej, obiekt na zamkniętym osiedlu.

Brak WiFi, brak telewizji, brudne ściany, kurz, zapchana umywalka w łazience, coś niepokojącego na suficie w kabinie prysznicowej, stare ręczniki, nieprzyjemny zapach w mieszkaniu starych mebli, powyciągane gniazdka na wierzchu.

Bardzo brudno, nieprzyjemny zapach, wszytko się lepiło, dzieciaki miały czarne skarpety. Odkurzacz był ale nic nie wciągał a okropnie hałasował
