A code will be provided to access the tiny home front door. Guests will have access to the spaces and amenities mentioned above. There is more than one rental located at this address. We ask our guests to respect the privacy of other guests and only use the spaces that are included in their reservation. No spaces are shared.

Your payment security is important to us. All transactions are processed by Kingdom Stays through Stripe using industry-standard SSL encryption to help protect your personal and payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Payment Schedule: The full reservation amount (100%) is charged to your selected payment method at the time your booking is confirmed. A refundable $200 security deposit will be authorized on the same payment method at check-in. This is a temporary hold, not an additional charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no damages or excessive cleaning charges are incurred.
Cancelation Policy: Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.
Pre-Check In Requirements: All guests must complete our pre-check-in process. This includes uploading a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification and electronically signing our Terms & Conditions through our guest portal.

The tiny house was exceptionally clean and had every thing we would possibly need while visiting our granddaughter at UCA. It is beautifully decorated and the linens were very nice. The queen bed was comfortable but when you are accustomed to a king size, it was a little small. However, it worked well.

What a wonderful, peaceful space near the UCA campus. Our hosts were fantastic and very easy to reach. The space was ideal for a quick weekend escape. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided everything we needed. This has to be one of the best layouts we've experienced in a tiny house. We never felt cramped. It truly felt like a second home. The shower was excellent, and the loft was very quiet—a perfect sleeping area. The couch was extremely comfy, and everything was easily accessible.

I don’t have any pics, because I rented this for my daughters who were driving back to Tennessee from Texas. But their excitement when they got there was amazing for my heart, as I wanted them to have a nice safe place to rest and not do it all in one day like they did when they came to Texas!! But they thoroughly enjoyed their stay, said that it was very cute and cozy. It’s just about perfect for two people. Thank you so much for taking such great care of them and communicating with me as well, as the go between. They said checkin and out was a breeze and easy to find. Thanks again!
