This cozy apartment features a suite bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a delightful balcony with a sea view — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach atmosphere.
For the sofa bed, we recommend bringing a flat double sheet.
Don’t forget to bring bath towels, face towels, beach towels, and a sarong for sunbathing.
The American-style kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and basic utensils, ideal for preparing small meals.
The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, right in front of the sea.
It offers 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in with the reception team, a swimming pool, gym, and self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos), with separate charges.
The condominium offers its own parking, with valet service and insurance, available for an additional fee. Access is available 24 hours, but self-parking is not allowed due to the steep and dangerous ramp.
Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment, as well as full use of all leisure facilities, which include a swimming pool with panoramic views and a gym.
Pet Friendly: We understand your pet is part of the family! We allow one small pet per reservation, as long as your pet is used to relieving itself in the appropriate area.
