We stayed here Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect house for a big group! The rooftop was perfect to hang out on and eat meals. We loved every second and the owner was very helpful answering any of our questions!

We just returned from a ladies beach trip in Emerald Coast Casa! This is our 5th time to stay in this house! Needless to say, we LOVE the house! New owners Rebecca and family have put so many nice upgrades in that we enjoyed (fire pit, arcade games, new decor)! The house was so well stocked annd clean and Rebecca was easy to communicate with while there for anything we needed! She also provides a nice set of instructions for the house and information on the area! We will be back!!

The house is great, the whole area though is very confusing. To many things you have to do before you can enjoy your vacation. No map of the area to get bands for pool, ride tram, etc. Alys beach is private, not sure why that is listed in the description. You have to rent chairs in order to have room on the beach. The instructions said the code for the shed to get the key would be ready at 4:45 it wasn’t. Making sure you didn’t loose the key for the front door was not fun either, should be a combo door knob. Overall the house was nice, didn’t like the area.
