About this apartment rental

Close to the sea, this smoke-free apartment brings it all within reach. Playa Brujas is just a short walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 4-minute drive to Cerritos Beach.

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the communal pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 689-sq-ft apartment, which also features a balcony. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

A living room, a BBQ grill, air conditioning, and a water dispenser are featured at this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a lobster pot, and a microwave. And thanks to the washer and dryer, you'll even be able to travel light.

Ariel is an excellent host. He answered our questions before the trip and checked in weekly to make sure all was well. The condo is modern, clean and well equipped. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a great plus.The grounds are beautiful, the main pool was always 34 degrees C, and there were adequate chairs and loungers poolside. The hammock area is very nice, The rooftop deck is lovely to watch the sunset from. During the month we were there, the outdoor spa (hot tub) was not functioning. Location wise, the condo is great. About 200 m from the beach, groceries, restaurants and coffee places steps away, a fruit and vegetable market about 600m and the bus stops right in front to get to larger shopping, the Golden Zone and the port to access Stone Island. The unit and grounds are exactly what is shown in the pictures. Not the fault of the host, but be aware that you must rent the BBQ and the cost is 300 pesos ( approximately 25 Canadian) whether you want it for one hour or five hours, which makes it prohibitive to rent.I would absolutely rent from Ariel next year and highly recommend him as a host!
