Great location and generally nice, but need to be taken in consideration current state of apartment
Location is perfect, and we like to stay in this building due to its proximity and easy access to main things: shopping mall, restaurants, grocery store.
Worst apartment I ever stayed. Unfortunately I assumed that this unit is as good as the rest in this condo and I didn't pay attention for no reviews available. Pictures are outdated and apartment is in a very poor condition. Apartment smelt cigarettes so strong, that I didn't manage to get rid off that smell during all my stay even with all what I got: aroma diffusers, air fresheners, cleaning materials and so on. Once aroma diffuser was off - smell was right there. Some towels I couldn't use due to same smell. Apartment was not clean at all, there were smelly linens or towels on the balcony floor, the linens were left to dry. Everything was covered with dust-appliances, countertop, bedrooms etc. In microwave was left rotten chicken. Bathroom has very nasty smell and things are covered with mold and in poor condition. I couldn't reach anyone via provided number and booking.com messages in order to fix everything same day. As I was caught by surprise simply couldn't find any other place to move right away. Next day i still couldn't reach anyone via local phone and only later same day I got reply via booking.com. Lady with whom I chatted via platform was lovey and very polite (which I really appreciated), I forwarded all the pictures of apartment's condition. Luckily cleaner was sent for a "deep" cleaning. but cleaning lady was not intended to fix anything, so I had to point to every and single thing that must be fixed, which was common sense hygiene matter. Generally felt a bit better after some cleaning was done, so we opted to stay.
Wouldn't recommend to families though: almost every evening there were some renovations upstairs going on with noise and drilling, which I didn't care, but with kids would be disturbing One of the evenings some guys knock to the door looking for "their friends who stayed there previously", was odd, but explained a lot state of apartment.
