1. Top location and atmosphere: Excellent central location in a historic building. High ceilings, beautiful view of a quiet courtyard, and very peaceful inside.
2. Friendly host: We were met on arrival by a very polite young man who gave us great local recommendations for cafés and restaurants and showed us around.
1. Cleanliness & basic amenities: The apartment lacks proper cleaning. The dining table was dusty, the coffee machine was stained, and basic essentials were missing (no paper towels, no liquid hand soap, and only a tiny sponge). Only one set of towels was provided for a 6-night stay for a family of four.
2. Tumble dryer issue: The unit smelled strongly of mold. I had to clean the filter myself, which was covered in thick mold and lint, and I am fairly certain it had never been cleaned before. It left our freshly washed clothes and towels smelling terrible.
3. Bathroom \ hot water limitations: The shower head was broken and covered in severe limescale and mold. The water heater capacity is too small for a family - hot water ran out before four people could take quick summer showers in a roll.
4. Мaintenance: When it rained, water leaked directly through the closed window frame, creating a puddle on the floor and ruining the wooden parquet underneath. The wardrobe is unstable and poorly repaired with visible metal brackets, old furniture boxes are left under the bed, and general maintenance is severely neglected.
5. Lack of response: I sent a direct message to the host detailing all of these issues during our stay, but received no response at all.

The location was great. It is very spacious and was an excellent fit for our family of four. It was very quiet. It is very close to supermarkets and a lot of restaurants.
It wasn’t very clean, specifically the bathroom. Also there is a coffee machine, but not a single capsule was provided. We appreciate that a washing machine was also installed but neither detergent was provided.
