Alles in allem okay.

The hotel was a modern property, with gorgeous interiors and very spacious lounge areas. There is a metro station less than a minute away from the hotel and Milan Central Station is a 15 minute walk away. It had good WiFi connectivity and a nice little desk with information pamphlets that we found useful.
The staff is very unhelpful and a lot of aspects in this hotel seem to be done with minimal to no effort. We went to shower on our night of arrival and found that the Shampoo/Body wash was diluted down with water. We made do with that and then went to shower the next day and found that they hadn’t replaced the bottle and it was kept completely empty, we called the front desk and voiced our concern and they hadn’t replaced the bottle that night but made us wait until the next morning. The breakfast is also very disappointing especially considering this is supposedly a 4-star hotel. The vegetables are old and stale, the eggs are like rubber pucks, and this is the first time I stay at a hotel where they charge you to order an omelette to your table. The selection is very basic and on par with a lot of budget hotels which is not what we had expected. If you book a triple room, you are given a leather mattress (if you could call it that) that is very uncomfortable and hard.
