A Stay That Felt Like Royalty ❤️ My stay at Hotel Raj Leela Heritage was far more than just a hotel experience… it felt like being personally cared for and treated like a princess. A very special mention must go to the General Manager, Mr. Ravindra Singh Rathore, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the moment I arrived, he personally ensured that every little detail was taken care of. What truly touched me was the thought and effort he put into creating a lovely itinerary for me, including a leopard drive, a beautiful boat ride(an evening I never want to forget ), and wonderful sunset spots. Everything felt thoughtfully planned rather than simply arranged. Mr. Rathore also arranged for Sushmita to assist me throughout my stay, and she was an absolute darling…a sweetheart in every sense. Her warmth, attentiveness and genuine care made me feel incredibly comfortable and looked after. It is rare to experience hospitality where you feel that people are genuinely invested in making your stay special. Here, I felt welcomed, pampered and truly valued. Thank you, Mr. Ravindra Singh Rathore, Sushmita and the entire team at Hotel Raj Leela Heritage for giving me such beautiful memories. Our stay at this beautiful fort-style property was truly memorable. The architecture and ambiance give a royal heritage feeling while still offering modern comfort and luxury. Every corner of the property was beautifully maintained and reflected traditional charm. One of the best highlights of the property was the swimming pool area. The pool was very large, the water was crystal clear, and cleanliness was maintained perfectly. The most unique and attractive part was the stepwell-themed design around the pool, which created an amazing atmosphere and made the experience even more special. The staff deserves special appreciation for their hospitality. Every team member was extremely courteous, humble, and always ready to help. They never said no to any request and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Their warm behavior truly added value to the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless in every corner. Housekeeping and maintenance were excellent, and everything was managed very professionally. The property was peaceful, clean, and ideal for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. Overall, it was an amazing experience with great service, beautiful ambiance, excellent cleanliness, and delicious hospitality.
