Personale super disponibile e cordiale. Torneremo sicuramente!

The position of the appartment is good, as the historic center is close by and you can reach everything in short walks.
The door to the house is right next to the bed (separated just by the wall), and whenever someone enters or exits, it sounds like someone slams a door right next to your ear, which caused us to wake up several times. The appartment has no real "daylight", as it's small windows go to an inside court and you have to keep the blinds shut as otherwise everybody will see you. The bathroom is very small, and there is almost no room to leave the towels for drying. When we took the first shower, the water overflew into the bathroom, and we found the siphon/filter of the shower to be clogged with a big lump of hair that we had to remove and then dry the bathroom floow. As the windows have to be kept shut and the ventilator inside the appartment are very weak, we did not really manage to make the humidity go away after taking a shower (during all of the days of our stay).
